Job Description
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000
• Monitor and analyze accounting data while overseeing the preparation of the company’s financial reports and schedules by the team.
• Manage the full accounting cycle, including payable, receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end book closing.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor and assist in the preparation of monthly vessels’ reports together with all supporting documents and ensure that they are submitted within the deadline.
• Collaborate with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Knowledgeable in account reconciliations and preparation of financial statement
• With at least 5 years of experience in general accounting
• With at least 1 year of Supervisory experience
• Experience in the Ship Management industry is an advantage
• Experience in financial analysis is an advantage
• Demonstrates Team collaboration and Team spirit
• Good command of English – oral and written
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Experience in dealing with/working in a multicultural workplace
