Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Specialist is vital in ensuring the organization's financial records' accuracy and integrity. This position involves various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and reconciliation. The Accounting Specialist works closely with the finance team to support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

For Timog Avenue, Quezon City work location, the following sections are open:
1. Financial Reporting
2. Financial analysis
3. Inventory management and fixed assets
4. Sales Accounting
5. Data Integrity
6. Bookkeeping
7. Accounts Payable

For Makati City work location, the following sections are open:
1. Sales Accounting
2. Financial Analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting major courses.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly analytical, well-organized, and adept with interpersonal skills
Familiar with the computerized accounting system.
