Company Description:
He or She shall assist the Senior salesman in the performance of the following technical duties: Distribution, Sales, and Collection o Ensures attainment of distribution, placement, merchandising and collection objectives per standards. o Ensures fast placement & consistent monitoring of re-order of new products in all outlets covered o Ensures complete and accurate remittance of payment collection to the Accounting-Cashier on a daily basis Truck Stock Inventory Management / Outlet Stock Inventory o Ensures effective and efficient inventory of truck stocks and outlet’s stocks as evidenced by continuous reduction of occurrences of illegitimate B.O.’s, stock outs, over stock and ensuring ICO-compliance through the proper accomplishment of manual Truck Stock report on a daily basis. Truck Repairs and Maintenance o Ensures strict implementation of preventive maintenance programs as evidenced by non-occurrence of breakdowns due to misuse and lack of proper maintenance by immediately reporting any truck-related concerns to the OM/DSS and/or TL. Bad Orders and Stock Returns Management o Ensures strict implementation of policy, systems and procedures on bad orders and stock returns as evidenced by non-occurrence of illegitimate B.O.’s and attainment of Bad Orders CSR objective.  Report Preparation and Submission of Collection o Ensures timely submission of accurate reports, purchase orders and collections. Marketing Program Assistance o Ensures maximum assistance in the implementation of Marketing Programs in his area as evidenced by keeping abreast of the latest market conditions, product innovation and price changes and timely retrieval of information needed by Marketing. Merchandising o Ensures that our brands are properly displayed (within the “hot spot’) and well-advertised inside and outside the outlets through effective use of merchandising materials i.e. posters, hanging baskets, price cards mobiles, etc. and the relationship with the store owner. Pricing o Ensures that our brands are properly and competitively priced in all outlets where they are distributed. Customer Trade Relation o Ensures maintenance of Customers and Trade Relations in the assigned blocks, area/regions as evidenced by continuous good business patronage of Company products, with strategic or “hot spot” product display in the outlets and supportive of company’s objectives. Trade Information and Competitive Reporting o Provide immediate, complete and accurate reports on significant competitive activities, as well as economic/trade conditions pertinent to MNC products in the area.

Identify and research potential customers.
Coordinate with sales team if the target customer is already a customer.
Do initial negotiation to persuade potential customer.
Gather useful information from customer about competitor (existing supplier).
Conduct Background check for the Potential customer.
Initiate customer's first purchase and monitor its payment.
turn over customer to assigned sales representative in the area.
Job Qualification:

With Driver's license 1 or 2 restriction codes.
Must have own motorcycle vehicle with skilled in driving.
At least College Level or Senior High School Graduates.
Preferably with background in Sales. Fresh graduates we're encouraged to apply.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Salary:
15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
