Job Description

Salary: Earn up to ₱90,000 a month
Job Description Summary:
Provide customer service support by initiating new reservations or changing existing reservations. Offer redemption for direct guests who meet specific qualifications and criteria for onboard spending.
Responsibilities:
Initiate new reservations and manage existing reservations.
Provide support for onboard spending redemptions.
Ensure excellent customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
Proficient in both English and Traditional Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
Experience working in a client technology environment with multiple applications.
Intermediate knowledge of PC and software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Customer-focused and customer-friendly.
Experience and background in a contact center environment.
Understanding of the brand (specific casino knowledge is not required).
Must be amenable to work onsite in Cebu.
Open to Filipinos and foreigners currently in the Philippines (foreigners with PRV or 13A will be prioritized).
