Job Description
Work Setup: Return to Office
Overall Purpose:
Serve as an SME/Technical Lead with expertise in developing microservices and/or applications integrating with APIs. Familiarity with API calls is essential.
Responsibilities:
Understanding of API and Endpoints: Possess a deep understanding of API and endpoints.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Java, NodeJS, JavaScript, and Curl scripts.
Log Analysis: Ability to understand and analyze Activity and Application logs.
Live Tracing: Must know how to conduct live tracing.
Team Leadership: Experienced in leading a technical team.
Single Point of Contact: Act as the single point of contact for all tasks related to the technical framework.
Case Resolution: Responsible for resolving all cases primarily related to technical know-how.
API and Endpoints Catalogue: Maintain ownership of the API and endpoints catalogue.
Tabletop/Fire Drill Exercises: Plan and facilitate tabletop/fire drill exercises with the team.
Audit and Case Review: Perform audits and case reviews prior to escalation.
Case Processing: Handle case processing on an as-needed basis.
Technical Upskilling: Collaborate with trainers to identify the technical upskilling needs of the team.
Quality Assessment: Work with QA analysts to assess feedback quality based on the team's or individual's technical knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
Work Experience: At least 2 years of total work experience.
API Knowledge: Extensive background/knowledge in API.
Technical Support: Consider candidates with L2 technical support experience if they have extensive API background/knowledge.
Salary Range:
₱60,000 - ₱80,000 per month
