Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in SAGE BusinessWorks Software. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our client by managing financial data, assisting with payroll processing, and ensuring accurate accounting records.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, specifically with proficiency in SAGE BusinessWorks.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding financial information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAGE Certification and/or formal training in accounting or bookkeeping.
Familiarity with other accounting software or ERP systems.
