Job Description

- Code, test, and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
- Follow the progress of programs to ensure that they are operating correctly and fix any program errors that might occur along the way.
- Perform monitoring tasks to ensure that the programs that they develop work as they are supposed to.
- Maintains the databases used for the programming.
- Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Possibility of promotion (to Supervisory and Managerial level)
- IT system design
- Train members in programming and program encoding
