Job Description
- Atleast 30 to 40 years old
- Graduate of BS Marketing or Business Ad
- With ATLEAST 3-4yrs experience as Sales/Marketing Associate in/within Construction Industry
- Pleasant personality and appearance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner & has persuasive interpersonality
- With good problem solving skills
- With driver's license is a plus
- Can work efficiently and honestly on field
- Resides near or within Quezon Cityanila or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City) is better
Job Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the development of Sales & Marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on competition products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Working with the business development team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
