Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and helpful support to customers about educational insurance.
Address customer inquiries and settle issues with precision and finality.
Respond to customer queries and resolve problems it's with precision.
Team up with members to deliver top-notch service.
Needed Qualifications:
High School Graduate (old curriculum) or ALS Graduate
At least one month of relevant experience.
Good communication skills
