Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients on the Lexxus account.
Prove effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
Use analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience.
Needed Qualifications:
4-year course graduates with 6 months of customer service experience. , they have at least 1 year of BPO experience.
Above-average English communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and good comprehension skills
