Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their issues.
Handle a variety of customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Needed Qualifications
High school graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS graduate.
At least 1 year of BPO experience.
Experience with e-commerce campaigns is a plus.
Must be amenable to working on-site in Cebu City.
