Job Description

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At least HS or SHS Graduate
With at least 6 months Telco/Tech Experience
Have Excellent English communication skills
Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
Are willing to work on site
