Job Description
- Graduate Business Course, Psychology or related field.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Proficient in MS and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Professional training certificate is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and execute training strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and Learning and development.
-Trace budgets and negotiate contracts.
