Job Description

Role Purpose

Mission
The Manager of Digital Marketing and Branding is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness and drives business growth. This role involves overseeing all digital marketing activities, including website management, social media, email marketing, content marketing, online advertising, and SEO.

Outcome
The Manager of Digital Marketing and Branding is responsible for creating and executing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing objectives, while also monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to continuously improve results.

What You'll Do
Sales and Business Development
- Strategically know and familiarize yourself on the target market of the ShippingCart & GoGo Xpress in order to know what market/s to penetrate
- Proactively work with top management to regularly review and align on overall business priorities and to identify opportunities to pursue that will help the business achieve its goals
- Responsible for all aspect of growth including prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, and structuring and negotiation of new projects

Increase Business Profitability
- Continuously find ways to further optimize profitability of the company per product, per segment, per market, etc.
- Ensure that targets are met and sales performance is at its highest. Adjust and set a new set of goals to meet targets and acquire a positive ROI.
- Lead the business planning in coordination with other business and support functions to ensure goals and targets are met. You shall also lead all critical projects based on the needs of QuadX.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product and Customer Experience to ensure that we are delivering seamless service to attract more merchants
- Oversee Sales and Marketing program planning and execution to help widen the network of QuadX and in order to attract potential merchants
- Deliver programs on a timely manner to grow the reach of QuadX and ensure that there is continuous business growth
- Continuously foster good and harmonious relationships with Key Accounts of ShippingCart and ensure that we build and acquire new partnerships.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field
- 5+ years work experience as a Sales Professional in any field, preferably in Logistics or E-commerce
- Should have successful experience in spearheading the launch of a new product, opening a new market, starting a company or implementing go-to-market strategies
- Expert in formulating business cases and project plans – including financials, process mapping, resourcing, business requirements gathering, etc.
- Proven experience in team management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work independently or within a team and has a get-work-done attitude
- Highly data driven and above-average analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft office applications
