Job Description

Purpose

The Client Engagement Manager will lead the client engagement and success initiatives of the firm, working closely with the Client Partnership and Marketing Operations groups in pursuing high-impact leads, generating new business opportunities, and developing winning proposals. He/she will help determine the firm's position in the market, identify opportunities to expand market reach, and plan initiatives to build new and long-term connections with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

Carry out market research and intelligence gathering.
Perform comprehensive analyses of the competitive landscape, stakeholders, and trends shaping the market.
Define market strategy for the sectors, understand competition, and identify competitive advantages for Aidea.
Prepares action plans for each market sector.
Manage new business development activities including potential client and lead tracking.
Conducts strategic, well-thought and highly impactful client presentations.
Collaborate with leadership and Corporate Communications team to develop materials that reflect and fulfill marketing and business development strategy.
Lead proposal and qualifications submission and curate impactful image-driven portfolios of the firm’s work.
Work with Proposals and Contracts Team to ensure project goals, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
Monitors/tracks opportunities, sales bookings, and pipeline of assigned market sectors to meet targets.
Prepares regular sales bookings and pipeline reports.
Perform multiple marketing activities against rapid and frequent deadlines.
Identify client success and nurturing programs, ensuring continuous building of long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Represent the firm in client and professional organizations, attend functions as appropriate and nurture new business leads.
Supports other unspecified marketing special projects.
Essential Skills

Solid understanding of various project typologies, scopes of services and deliverables in architecture, planning, interior design, EGD and VDC.
Possess an existing network of connections to clients, owners, and consultants.
Proven leadership and management skills and can develop collaborative relationships within the firm and externally.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong visual and storytelling ability.
Ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders, executing and prioritizing tasks efficiently and accurately.
Excellent problem-solving multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment, working with heightened attention to detail and an emphasis on quality.
Strong interpersonal skills and a disposition that is positive and professional.
Ability to handle confidential matters related to clients, projects and fees range.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with other software like, Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite CS6.
Knowledge in CRM.
Demonstrates culture-fitness and prescribed corporate branding: image, values and behaviors of the firm.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering, or related design degree
Minimum of 5-10 years working experience
