Job Description
Here's what you'll do:
As a PeopleSoft Engineer, you will be part of a HR Technology team responsible for supporting the PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS application. You will be part of an engineering team located across Manila and Sydney.
You will be responsible for reviewing current manual processes in HR Operations and providing solutions for process automation. You will be providing system administration and technical expertise and building custom solutions in response to business requirements and functional specifications. You will also be conducting and coordinating Unit and System Integration Testing and delivering solutions in a DevOps, Agile delivery team.
Here's what you'll need:
-3+ years experience with technical analysis, design and build, using People Tools 8.5+
-Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS v9.1/v9.2 and Global Payroll including Fluid configurations
-Experience in PeopleSoft system administration including security setup and department configurations
-Proven experience of the following tools; Application Designer, PeopleCode, Workflow, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layouts, SQR, Query, Application Messaging, Application Packaging, Change Assistant, XML Publisher
-Experience with AWS will be advantageous.
