Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Psychology graduate or any 4-years related course.
- With or without experience
- Computer literate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in implementing recruitment activities including but not limited to the conduct of provincial job fairs, if necessary, administration of examinations and conduct interviews.
• Conducts Basic Orientation of new hires including but not limited to Company Profile, Policies and Procedures, Best Practices, etc. in case immediate superior is not available.
• Processing of Government Mandated Benefits requirements of new hires such as processing of TIN Application.
• Updates Manpower Masterlist. Prepares reports such as Manpower Report, Hiring History, Separated Employees, Turn Over Reports, TESDA Report, Longevity of Employees, Insurance Updates, etc.
• Prepares contracts and appointment papers for Job Grade 1 & 2 levels.
• Coordinates with departments on expiration Employment Status. Ensures that requests for personnel appraisal are served within lead time. Elevates non-compliance by Supervisors, the Department Managers and Plant Manager.
• Conducts Customer Feedback on Recruitment and convey to immediate superior the result. Prepares improvement plan if necessary.
• Assists in summarizing training evaluation reports and preparation of Training Certificates.
• Summarizes results of exit interview and profile of separated employees.
• Assist in the issuances od DA/DE records of Job Grades 1-3 levels. Encoding and control of DA/DE records.
• Take down minutes in departmental meetings.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned.
