Job Description
Do over-all production and office purchasing requirements.
Make Purchase Plan, compile and summarize for approval.
Compile approved POs and attached proper RRs and Invoices to be forwarded to accounting.
Do purchasing and logistics scheduling for approval of Procurement Head
Maintain purchase plan and material ledger
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 years course
Know basic accounting
Can communicate well in English and Filipino both oral and written
Experience on purchasing or selling of Hardware Materials an advantage
Proficient with MS Excel and Internet Applications
