Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Help customers with their logistics needs. Send swift replies to their questions.
Provide timely and accurate information about shipment status, delays, and other logistics-related concerns.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
Needed Qualifications:
High school graduate (old curriculum) or an ALS graduate.
At least 6 months of customer service or related experience.
Strong communication skills.
