Job Description

Functions:
Responsible for supporting the PMO in various functions related to project governance, reporting, and administration. This role will involve collaborating with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure effective project delivery and adherence to established processes and standards.
Assist in establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Generate and analyze project reports, dashboards, and metrics to track project progress, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders and senior management.
Maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, risk registers, issue logs, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with PMO standards.
Support resource allocation and capacity planning efforts by monitoring resource utilization, identifying potential bottlenecks or conflicts, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize project management processes and workflows, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and functional groups, ensuring alignment of expectations and timely resolution of issues.
Provide guidance, training, and support to project teams on PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices, promoting a culture of project management excellence across the organization.

Qualifications:
• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Team Leader/Assistant Manager/PMO Analyst.
• Proficiency in Project management software.
• Must have experience in Reports Generation.
• Experienced in SDLC, and Agile Methodology.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities.
• Good at multitasking.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• A highly organized person.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work outputs.
