Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone,
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within established guidelines.
Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member.
Stay current with product information, changes, and updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications:

High school diploma
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary:
27.000,00 ₱ Monthly
