Job Description

Join our Taguig-McKinley Team and excel in providing exceptional service to clients. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Expertise in financial services, including banking systems and money transfers, is crucial. Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and a positive work environment.

Needed Qualifications:

At least 1 year of collections OR sales experience in a BPO/contact center setup.

2nd year College Undergraduate

Preferred:

Experience in financial services within a BPO Setup, including banks, money transfers, and Moneygram accounts.
