Team Manager (Nutrition)

At Focus Support Associates, we are in search of a dynamic Team Manager (Nutrition) to lead our dedicated team. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure exceptional customer service delivery and nutritional consultation. The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and a profound understanding of health and nutrition principles.

Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a customer service or healthcare environment, with a strong track record of team management and development.
In-depth knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and health-related concepts, coupled with experience in providing nutritional consultation or guidance.
Demonstrated proficiency in sales strategies, techniques, and methodologies, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
Experience in sales training, coaching, and performance management is highly desirable.
Amenable to work in Greenhills, San Juan
Must be residing WITHIN Metro Manila
