Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions.
Assist customers with their gaming account issues and questions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Needed Qualifications
High school graduate (old curriculum) or K-12 graduate (new curriculum).
At least six months of customer service experience.
Good communication skills
