Job Description
* Responsible for before and after sales and familiar with different platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
* Respond to online customer inquiries.
* Process the orders, returns, and refunds.
* Coordinate with different logistics companies for the delivery of orders.
* Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
* Monitor customer accounts for fraudulent activity and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
* Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and initiatives for improving overall customer service and satisfaction.
* Performs such other functions as assigned
* With Vape work experience is an advantage
Qualifications :
* Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
