Job description
Your task is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. You'll interact with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat, offering support and guidance in a courteous and professional manner. Your role involves listening attentively to customers, identifying their needs, and efficiently finding solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Requirements
>Legal age of employment; at least 18 years old
>At least 1 -3 years in user-facing or back of house airline industry or travel agency role, with in-depth experience with GDS tool- Sabre/Amadeus or at least 1-3 years CCE Handling international travel account that uses GDS tool- sabre/ Amadeus
>Preferably reached College level: Minimum of 4 years in highschool following the old curriculum or its equivalent of Junior High School in the new K-12 curriculum
>Average to Excellent Communication Skills
>B2+Aspiring Minds CEFR w/ 21 Basic analytical Ability score
