Operation Supervisor

The operations supervisor primary responsibility is ensuring that their organization’s daily activities run smoothly. It is largely a managerial role that involves assessing current procedures, analyzing performance data, and updating policies to reflect recent developments.
-operations supervisor manage and optimize the day-to-day activities of the Recruitment.
-They typically work at the executive level and report directly to the Chairman and GM, which affords them a high level of influence but also an extensive list of responsibilities.
-This includes leading teams of workers, analyzing performance data, and strategizing for the future.
-Based on current manpower requirements, coordinates with the concerned extensive sourcing to supplement shortage. Pre-requisites and select applicants based on curriculum vitae and other supporting documents.
-Under supervision of the Unit Head undertakes the following functions after sourcing is accomplished.
a.Conducts interview on pre-qualified applicants. He shall be responsible in disseminating information to pother interviews based on the project requirement for project facilitation of interviews. He shall verify pertinent information and shall assess the applicant based on his knowledge of the job he is applying for, skills and work experience according to the established standards and attitudes towards work.
b.Prior to recommendation to employers, ensure that the Recruitment Officers or by yourself interviewed the applicants.
c.Prepares final line up to your Unit Head for final evaluation.
