Job Description
• Delivers and transmits company document and records to its intended recipient or destinations.
• Coordinates with HR and Adm. Asst. on transmittal and follow up of SSS/Pag-Ibig/Philhealth documents.
• Acts as the company authorized representative to SSS/Pag-Ibig/Philhealth/Post Office, DOLE, BOC, BIR offices.
• Brings to the bank check for encashment/payment of payables.
• Coordinates with the Executive Assistant under the office of the President re-checks for signature by the President and other authorized company signatories and retrieved of the same.
QUALIFICATION:
1. High School Graduate/Vocational Course Graduate
2. Familiar with Metro Manila landmarks and offices
3. Ability to interact with government office and agencies (SSS,PAG-IBIG, PHEALTH, Post Office, BOC).
4. With good moral character
5. Willing to work for longer hours with minimum supervision
