Job Description

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
Promote and sell products or services to customers
Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
Close sales and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve sales processes

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
