Dialysis Staff Nurse

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse
Preferably a certified dialysis nurse
Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in a dialysis center
Preferably with 1-4 yrs experience in hospital or clinic setting
Preferably BLS & ACLS certified
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures consistent provision of quality patient care to patients needing dialysis in accordance with policies, standard operating procedures, compliance requirements, and acquired training concepts.
Ensures provision of outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers including patients, patients' relatives, and staffs.
Assesses patient's responses to their treatment therapy and makes appropriate adjustments and modifications to the treatment plan as indicated by the prescribing physician
Ensures all relevant data including physician orders, lab results, vital signs, treatment parameters, and patient treatment data. Ensures proper documentation and storage of these information.
Routinely meets with the Head Nurse and Unit Head to discuss personnel and patient care status and other issues.
