Director of Operations (Urgent Hiring)

As the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the company’s daily operational activities, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement effective processes, manage a diverse team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Director of Operations will collaborate with other senior leaders to achieve organizational goals and enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy sector, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management,
preferably a registered or professional engineer, with a Master's degree or MBA.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years
in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and
leading large teams.
