Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines and compliance regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.
Needed Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
• Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
• Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
• Willing to work for Full time job
