Peoplesoft Production Support

WORK SETUP: Hybrid (5x onsite per month)
SCHEDULE: Shifting schedule (typically rotates between dayshift and midshift; need to be amenable to night shift if assigned)
LOCATION: Mckinley Hills, Taguig

Requirements:

• With at least 5 years’ experience in PeopleSoft HCM support and/or PeopleSoft development
• With experience in PeopleSoft HCM, including Payroll modules. Payroll for North America is highly preferred, but experience in any Payroll module for PeopleSoft HCM can be considered.
• With L1, L2, and/or L3 production support experience
• Amenable to 24/7 support shift
• Highly knowledgeable in Oracle SQL, SQR, App Engine, and PeopleCode code/analysis
• Experience in Unix scripting
• Highly experienced in any Payroll module, preferably Payroll for North America
• Knowledgeable in Core HCM and Benefits Administration
• Has experience in retro-fitting for PeopleSoft implementation projects (e. g. Tax Updates Patching, PeopleSoft Upgrades, PeopleSoft Image Updates, etc.)
• Experience in PeopleTools version 8.55.x and above
• Experience in PeopleSoft Application version 9.2
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers, SMEs, and technical teams


Highly Preferred Skills:

• Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft Fluid development
• Working experience in leading a team
• Experience in PL/SQL, ESP job monitoring
• Experience in Workday or Oracle Cloud
• Experience in PeopleSoft Financials
