Job Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Property Manager Assistant to support our property management team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls and coordinate repairs for renters, primarily working weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Communication: Answer inbound calls from renters reporting issues or requesting repairs.
Repair Coordination: Liaise with property management to schedule and facilitate necessary home repairs.
Language Skills: Provide fluent Spanish and English support to accommodate our diverse tenant base.
Weekend Availability: Available to work weekends, addressing urgent tenant needs promptly.

Requirements:
Proficient in Spanish and English, with strong verbal communication skills.
Organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
No sales or outbound calls required; focus solely on tenant service and coordination.
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
