Job Description

Description of the position: Learning and OD Manager
Department: Human Resources
Superior: Head of HR/SG&A
Interactions: : Cebu SMT, Learning and Development, POD, SG&A, Team Leads,
Operations, Global HR, Market Leads, Quality Assurance, and SMEs

GOALS OF THE POSITION:
Manage the end-to-end implementation of learning and development and OD programs
to ensure learners acquire the required core skills and knowledge to perform their role.
Provide input into the development of the annual and quarterly learning plans. Once
plans are in place then work with stakeholders and / or direct reports to complete
detailed scoping of learning requirements and selection of appropriate learning
solution or providers to assist in the design and or deployment of learning initiatives.
Manage the scoping and deployment of learning programs and manage a team of
specialists.
Assess and build the capability of Specialists through ongoing evaluation and coaching
to ensure delivery of Ionos content meets the required standards and effect transfer of
knowledge occurs to learners.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Lead, Coach and Develop a team of learning and OD specialists.
● Plan and project manage the implementation of learning initiatives which
are cost effective, timely and meet agreed quality standards.
● Evaluate the success of learning initiatives against performance measures
and metrics agreed as part of the learning scopes.
● Conduct Training Needs Analysis as required and to support planning
processes, through liaison with the business to determine local and
business specific L&D needs and appropriate delivery methodology
● Oversee your team members workloads and coach them to execute
against standard learning & development frameworks

● Provide feedback to Continuously Improve learning materials,
methodology and processes to ensure that the most current, cost
effective and relevant methodologies are employed.
● Develop and implement an effective training quality assurance program
to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, reporting outcomes
and making step improvements to programs as identified
● Actively promote and drive innovation in learning consultation and
investigation of alternative learning options to deliver learning solutions
and outcomes to business. Ideally seeking ways to improve on what we
have done previously.
● Provide input to development and maintenance competency frameworks
for key roles that are aligned to the Company’s business objectives.
● Oversee the management of audience profiles and application of learning
once programs deploy.
● Develop & maintain policies/procedures or standards for the business.
● Assess and Accredit Learning Specialists, and any others involved in
delivering learning solutions, to deliver Training against Ionos Standards.
● Lead and coordinate Train the Trainer sessions for deployment of new
course content.
● Enable regular collaboration across the Trainer community including the
communication of changes to content.
● Support the Ionos Onboarding and Induction of new hires.

functions in the most ethical and fair manner.
■ Administers all assigned functions consistent with and in support to the goal of
the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Specific Requirements

Formal Qualifications ● A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology

or similar
● 5-7 years in a Learning or OD role
● At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
● People management – team of up to 5
● Training certifications an advantage
● Business consulting/partnering

Salary:
80.000,00 ₱ Monthly
