Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer service experience.
Needed Qualifications:
K12 Graduate or completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months of solid call center experience.
High School Graduate with at least 2 years of solid call center experience.
Experience with local call centers will not be considered.
