Logistics Manager

Drake’s top client – Leading International Cargo and Air Freight Logistics, is currently hiring a Logistics Manager to be part of their collaborative team in Pasay City.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, organize, and manage domestic operations as an expert in 3PL Logistics and Domestic Operations Management.
• Oversee domestic procurement management, including brokerage, trucking, logistics equipment providers, domestic warehouse & storage, and other value-added domestic logistic services.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and network partners, onboard new potential accounts, and convert sales leads.
• Demonstrate expertise in operations and customer service, ensuring high-quality interactions and support.
• Utilize excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions in agreements and contracts.
• Conduct market research, develop information, and establish relationships with key contacts in the industry.
• Prepare and submit RFQs (Request for Quotations) and tender offers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide training and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Showcase technical competence in 3PL Logistics and Domestic Operations, tailored to meet customer requirements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• With 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with 3 years of people management experience.
• Background in a logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Experienced in training people and conducting market research.
• Possesses negotiation skills, customer service and relation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
