Job Description
Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Address customer concerns with expertise and courtesy.
Maintain customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful service.
Needed Qualifications:
At least two years of college.
Six months of customer service-related experience.
Above-average English communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
