Job Description

The Identity Access Management Administrator - Processor shall ensure the availability/maintenance of user IDs and access rights based on approved security matrices and requests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effective Communication Skills
1. Assist and support during BCP Exercise, if needed.
2. Assist in providing updates to user’s inquiries related to access management.

Governance, Control and Risk Management, Security and Information Assurance
1. Assists in the preparation of Identity Access Management procedures for applications, if needed.
2. Assists in providing supported documents and needed walkthrough of IAM Processes as needed by Internal/External Audit.
3. Handles maintenance of IDs/accounts in the processing of deactivation/deletion of separated employees (e.g., resigned, retired, terminated, etc.).
4. Participates in Keys and Privilege Access management activities in accordance with the current guidelines and procedures.

Information / Records Administration
1. Assess and assign user access-related requests received through the system.
2. Processes user access and role management requests assigned through the system.
3. Ensures timely maintenance of users/access rights upon receipt of employee movement and/or access requests request based on the agreed turn-around time.
4. Creates and/or maintains user accounts and passwords as requested.
5. Defines and/or maintains access rights for user profiles, classes, or groups for new or existing applications.
6. Assists the IAM Head and IAM Administrator – Checker in preparing management report's needs.

Analysis and Solution Matching
1. Provides support and troubleshooting to branches and internal employees on issues related to identity access.

Process Improvement
1. Contributes to process improvement and recommends technology upgrade opportunities for the team Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Information Technology Adeptness
1. Participates in the testing of applications and preparation of documentation prior to endorsing the application on user administrator function.

Qualifications:
1. Must possesses bachelor's degree in any IT related field.
2. Access Management exposure
3. MS Office Application
4. Must have available pre-employment requirements (TOR, Diploma, Medical, NBI, and COE/COC)
