Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining company relationships with key clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing solutions to clients, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Key Account Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in a business related field as well as experience in sales or promotion.
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in MODERN-TRADE.
Able to apply customer service techniques and knowledge of supervisory practices and principles when making sales decisions or establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and build strategic marketing plans.
Drive and ambition, combined with a positive attitude.
Experience creating and implementing Sales and commercial processes.
Experience with sales and CRM software like Salesforce and SAP
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing different projects.
Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans.
Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Persistently focused on achieving results, even when under pressure.
Required frequent local travel and customer visit ( up to 60%)
Salary:
80.000,00 ₱ Monthly
