Job Description

Sales Coordinator Primary duties involve overall monitoring, overseeing, and coordinating of all merchandising activities to ensure achievement of in-market sales targets of direct accounts and assigned distributors.

Qualification: Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in management/administration/business studies-related courses.
At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in supervising a team of merchandisers / trade monitor and audit of distributor merchandisers.
Previous work experience as Sales Coordinator for an FMCG company’s
Analytical, leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Aptitude in networking and building relationships, project management skills, problem-solving and negotiation.
Experience from Chilled category is an advantage
Proficient MS Office and exposure in computerized accounting systems is an advantage.

Work Ethics:
Must have a good leadership, communication, coordination, and management competencies.
Adaptive to start-up environment.
