Yard Supervisor/Worker

Responsibilities
o Supervise yard workers and ensure they comply with safety procedures
o Ensure equipment and materials are properly maintained and secure
o Schedule and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments
o Coordinate with logistics team to maintain smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility
o Maintain accurate inventory records of all goods stored in the yard
o Ensure yard and facility cleanliness and organization
o Conduct regular safety audits
o Provide training to new hires and coaching to existing employees as needed
Requirements
o High school diploma or equivalent
o Prior experience in a supervisory role in a yard or outdoor storage facility
o Excellent communication and leadership skills
o Ability to multitask and work under pressure
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities
o Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
