Job Description
Rank: Senior Manager
Salary Range: 180k to 250k
Key Requirements
-Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB)/ Juris Doctor (JD).
-Must have a license to practice law in the Philippines.
-At least fifteen (15) years of experience in a law office, or equivalent experience in government or other private companies with relevant experience in Corporate law and in the Energy industry.
-Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
-High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
-Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
-Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
