Job Description
We are in need of DOCUMENT CONTROLLER!
Willing to start ASAP!
Willing to work ONSITE!!
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any course
* Has minimum of 3 years related working experience with Aconex / preferably in the construction industry.
WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
SALARY RANGE: 20K -25K per month
WORK LOCATION: La Mesa Project - Quezon City
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Copy, scan and store documents
* Check for accuracy and edit files, like contacts
* Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
* Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
* File documents in physical and digital records
* Create templates for future use
* Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
* Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
* Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
* Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
