Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Needed Qualifications
High School Graduate (old curriculum) or ALS Graduate
At least one month of experience in a BPO environment.
Strong communication skills
