Position: Facilities Unit Supervisor
Working location: Makati
Salary 45kto 60k complete benefits

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be a Female age 30-45 yrs old, graduate of Engineering Course
2. Highly organized in terms of planning, scheduling of jobs, task, projects to be
Completed, can read Building Structural Plan, with active drivers license and can drive with vehice is advantage, willing to travel anywhere in NCR, good in equipment and preventive maintenance, knows in traffic systems including CCTV, HVAC, FDAS and can handle manpower 10 up.
3. With at least 5 to 7 year experiences in handling projects
4. Must maintain and carry out professionalism and values of the company
5. Excellent communication and negotiating skills
6. Must be a self-started, organized and pay close attention to detail
7. Firm but possesses an up-beat and positive personality
8. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
9. Ability to develop effective solutions, techniques and practices needed to coming
up with standards, protocols on ordering and delivery of supplies, materials, etc.
