ECommerce Teamleader

-We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising the order processing team to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales.

-Monitor all the store performance

-Managing the day-to-day activities of the team & track task progress

-Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets

-Workload management and delegates tasks efficiently

-Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential

-Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills

-Conducting quarterly performance reviews

-Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

-Has excellent communication skills. This includes communicating with team members about work, updating project managers & stakeholders about progress, and coordinating with any cross-functional team members on behalf of the project team’s needs.
-Preferably has an idea with the e-commerce industry
-Has driven problem-solving skills
-Expert in time management, task management, and decision-making skills
-Gracefully work under pressure
-Honest and transparent personality
-Has 1-2 Years of leadership experience
Preferably Graduate of the following course but not limited to:
-Business Management
-Marketing Management
