Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Lexxus Medicare Member clients
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with account-related concerns
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer issues

Needed Qualifications:
- College Graduates with or without experience
- You should have completed two years in College. You should also have six months of customer service experience and one year of BPO experience.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
