Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple programs and teams in an Healthcare LoB
- Ensure high and consistent performance on client KPIs and internal business goals
- Conduct team and performance reviews regularly
- Constantly assess client requirements and pre-empt potential pitfalls keeping delivery metrics foremost
- and ideate operational strategies to further client and company goals
- Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, and patient experience
- Manage and improve team’s performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution and quality delivery measures.
- Ensure associate and team morale is high through continuous positive and supportive interactions and on floor initiatives to ensure high performance.
- Aid human resources department in recruitment process by interviewing potential hires and outlining clear job expectations.
- Summarize, collect and analyse program trends and data for regular performance reports and presentations
- Seamlessly coordinate and work with various departments and encourage cross department growth wherever an opportunity is available
- Involve with energy and verve in organizational, projects, initiatives and programs whenever required
- Ensure organic growth of the business in line with organizational revenue and growth goals
Qualifications:
1. At least 5+ years of work in a healthcare account specifically in a BPO set up
2. Must have 3+ Senior Operations/ Operations Manager in a BPO Company
3. Willing to work on-site in Market! Market! Taguig, BGC, Metro Manila
