Job Description
Schedule: 8AM - 5:48PM (Compressed, Monday to Friday)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year experience in software development and deployment, business analysis, project management, and process improvement, and computer systems validation.
- Minimum three (2) years Systems Analysis and Functional Design using Agile development methodology
- Minimum two (2) years of technical leadership and related experience in Web, Mobile & SQL development on Microsoft platforms
Extensive experience in delivering enterprise level IT implementation support services
- Real Estate & Construction, Tenancy and Leasing, Finance and Supply Chain experience is a strong plus.
- Problem-solving skills – identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, develops alternative approaches and ideas
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Communication skills – writes clearly and informatively, speaks clearly
- Customer service skills – can respond effectively to inquiries or complaints, can apply effective interpersonal skills
